Ollie and Finn’s began in the Columbia Arts Building in 2021 serving up deliciously crafted sandwiches compiled of scratch made recipes, all from the minds of husband and wife duo; Ethan and Anna Eilermann. In 2023, they teamed up with their pals over at Bad Idea Brewing to open up Columbia’s very first Brewpub in the New South Marketplace in the heart of Downtown.
